We came back to Seattle for part of November and December of 2019. A chance to relax after about 10 months on the road. Still living out of a suitcase, but we were able to regroup a bit and enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays with family.

I won’t “blog” much about this time, but we enjoyed being around family and getting back to some familiar places. We stayed with Lindsey and Jon for a few weeks, and then spent about a month in an AirBNB in Fremont, which allowed us to explore the Seattle area again. Pike Place, Ballard, Fremont, and other neighborhoods. And we enjoyed a Husky game (and tailgate), and “Friends-giving” celebration as well.

Some great food along the way - old favorites like Chan for Korean Fusion, and The Northlake Tavern for pizza! We also found a new place - Shawn O’Donnell’s in Fremont. An Irish Pub that had us start planning our next trip to Ireland (we loved it there)!

Enjoyed our time back in Seattle and the Northwest. Now headed to Utah for Christmas, before starting another year on the road!

All the best,

Tim & Eileen
